We offer a variety of programs that include High Intensity Interval Training, Functional Training, Boot-camps for small groups, lacrosse, basketball, and football skills and agility fusion.
High Intensity Interval Training is a form of cardio training that involves cycles of high intensity bursts and low to moderate intensity recovery. Our functional training program is a classification of exercise which involves training the body for the activities performed in daily life. The skills and agility fusion program will allow athletes to gain the skills they need to succeed in their sport while also gaining the speed and endurance they need to stand out in the game. We also offer weekend boot-camps that will challenge you while gaining quick results.
